UPCOMING ACTIVITIES AT FIRST MENNONITE

Humanitarian Fair, at theElementary School, Feruary 28.

                                        A soup supper will be served, and activities will include school kits,quilt making and sale of handmade items.
                                       Items to be donated include food for the food bank, and household items for the Bingham Crisis Center.
                                       The entire community is invited to participate.   The event is sponsored by the churches of Aberdeen. 

News

    The annual church business meeting was held on the evening of January 12.  Elected Deacon was Tim Satterfield;  Bill Schroeder, Anne Hege, and Brian Schneider were re-elected chairman, secretary, and treasurer, respectivelly.
    As usual, prior to the meeting, our famous Idaho Potato soup supper was held, with an abundance of homemade pies.  The supper is open to the public and many community people participated.

    Pastor Kaiser spent part of his sabbatical at the end of January at AMBS in Elkhart, Indiana.   Bringing the message on the 22nd was Josh Schroeder, and on the 29th was Ben Ledford, both young men from our congregation.
